These terms govern the use of the XploreMore Tours site and business registration during the pre-launch stage of the platform.

1. What XploreMore is

XploreMore Tours is a platform under development that aims to connect tourism businesses in Bolivia with local and international travelers. Today the site lets businesses register their interest and join our launch list.

2. Business registration

By registering your business you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to represent it. We will reach out to validate the details before activating any profile. We reserve the right to reject or suspend registrations that do not comply with these terms.

3. Use of the site

You may not use the site for fraudulent purposes, submit false information, or attempt to breach its security. The content, brand and design belong to XploreMore Tours.

4. Evolving service

The platform is being built. The features, conditions and possible costs described may change before launch. We will communicate any relevant changes to registered businesses.

5. Liability

The site is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability during this stage. XploreMore is not responsible for agreements between businesses and travelers that take place outside the platform.
