These terms govern the use of the XploreMore Tours mobile app, this website and the registration of tourism businesses on the platform.

1. What XploreMore is

XploreMore Tours is a platform that connects tourism businesses in Bolivia with local and international travelers. The app is available for free on the App Store and Google Play, and this site lets businesses register to publish their profile and their tours.

2. Business registration

By registering your business you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to represent it. We verify the details before publishing any profile. We reserve the right to reject or suspend registrations that do not comply with these terms.

3. Use of the app and the site

You may not use the app or the site for fraudulent purposes, submit false information, or attempt to breach its security. The content, brand and design belong to XploreMore Tours.

4. XploreMore’s role

XploreMore enables discovery and contact between travelers and tour operators. Delivering the tour is the sole responsibility of the business you hire; price, dates and conditions are agreed directly between the parties.

5. Evolving service

We keep adding features to the platform. We may modify or discontinue functionality and will communicate any relevant changes to registered businesses.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. XploreMore is not responsible for agreements between businesses and travelers that take place outside the platform.
